研究興趣

本研究室之研究領域為生物無機化學及有機金屬化學。研究技巧涉及真空系統操作下的合成技術及一般光譜鑑定並偏重 X-光單晶繞射結構解析。 X-光單晶繞射結構解析。
主要研究方向分為三類︰

(1)化學結晶學— 晶體結構解析及晶體資料庫分析
超分子結構解析,單晶或粉末樣品檢測,絕對構型鑑定等。

(2) 有機金屬化學— 高分子合成催化劑
以含氮硫之雙牙或多牙配子與金屬(鋁鈦銅鋅)離子結合的催化劑,研究易生化降解高分子的催化性能。

(3) 無機生物化學— 酵素模擬
以含氮、磷、或硫之多牙配位基與金屬離子作用來模擬含銅或鋅酵素(如超氧歧化酵素、甲基轉移酵素)活性中心之水解、氧化還原、烷基轉移等反應。
